Hello... My name is Sam Hybels. A year ago my wife, Michelle, and I
purchased Hattie's in Suttons Bay where I had learned some of my most
valuable lessons in the kitchen. From day one our goal has been to offer
scratch cooking with local ingredients and sincere service. We are grateful
to all of our guests, old and new, from this past year!
Now we would like to re-introduce Hattie's as "Samuel's" for memorable
neighborhood dining. We have a commitment to preparing and serving you a
quality dinner at a fair price... from a barrel cut filet to buffalo
meatloaf, wild salmon, whitefish, a freshground gourmet burger or a
handcrafted vegetarian selection. You are always welcome to stop by for a
serious martini or choose from a selection of wines that were picked to pair
with our menu offerings. Please come try a new way to enjoy our tradition
